Just who is behind northamptonstudent.com ?

When dealing with Landlords we think it is important that you know who you are dealing with, why they do what they do and why you can trust them.

We think landlords should activity contribute to the quality they provide and constantly seek to improve the services offered by both locally and nationally. Landlords must work with other parties such as the University, Environmental Health, the Police and the Fire Service to ensure a complete product to their clients.

Having been a student fairly recently myself I feel I know how to best serve the interests of Northampton students. Students no longer want to live in grimy bed sits, they expect nice houses and the respect of their landlords ... I will look after you and in return, you respect the house you live in.

David Croissant

David Croissant, NorthamptonStudent.com

After previously working for various FTSE100 companies such as Royal & SunAlliance and Capita managing Internet developments as a Project Manager David left to focus on the property portfolio that he and Alan were building together in the Northampton area.

It was soon clear that the level of student accommodation was below par and what we wanted to create was houses that we were proud of, affordable and where our clients wanted to be

I also think that's it important to work within the industry and with others rather than working alone and for that reason I'm involved in a number of national and regional organisations that seek to raise the overall standards of the private rental sector.
